दोस्तों ज्यादातर समय हमें मीडिया के जरिए या फिर लोगो से ये बात सुनने को मिलती है की रूपया निचे गिर रहा है जिसकी वजह से भारत में मंदी आ जायेगी और हमारी जो मार्किट है वो गिर जाएगी पर ऐसा बोलना सही है क्या? आइये समझते है।  दोस्तों रुपया जो गिर रही है वो डॉलर की तुलना में गिर रही अर्थात डॉलर का भाव बढ़ने की वजह से रुपया निचे आ रही है तो क्या डॉलर के बढ़ने से भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था ख़राब हो जाएगी। बिलकुल भी नहीं  अब जैसा की आप जानते ही है की पिछले कई महीनो में अमेरिका में महंगाई बढ़ रही है और साथ ही साथ पूरी दुनिया में भी इसका असर देखने को मिला है जिसकी वजह से रुपया भी गिर गयी है पर ये एक तरह की बहुत ही कम समय के लिए रहने वाली समस्या है और भारत में महंगाई की बात करे तो यहाँ एक सामान्य महंगाई है जो कि जरुरी भी है और यहाँ पर तो बहुत लोग आज भी खरीदारी कर रहे, बाहर खाना खा रहे है तो फिर ये महंगाई है कहाँ ? दूसरी बात पहले जिस तरह से डॉलर को बहुत ही ज्यादा महत्व दिया जाता था अब डॉलर में वो दम नहीं रहा आज की बात करे तो कोई भी देश अब अमेरिका की बातो को ज्यादा महत्व नहीं दे रहे है और हर देश चाहता...

दोस्तों जैसा की आप देख रहे है की निफ़्टी कई महीनो से बस एक ही रेंज में काम कर रही है और कुछ दिनों में ऊपर की तरफ भी आई थी और अब थोड़ा निचे भी गिर गयी है।  पर इन दिनों में निफ़्टी अपने आल टाइम हाई को तो नहीं तोड़ पायी पर मार्किट में कई सारे स्टॉक थे जो अपने आल टाइम हाई को तोड़ दी और आज भी वो ऊपर ही काम कर रही है।  तो आप यहाँ से समझ सकते है की इतनी परेशानियों के बावजूद भी वो स्टॉक ने काफी अच्छा रिटर्न दिया है और आगे भी ये अच्छा ही रिटर्न देंगे क्युकी इन स्टॉक में ऐसी कोई न कोई बात जरूर है जिसकी वजह से आज ये इतने ऊपर है और मुझे  लगता है की पिछले दिन जो मार्किट में करेक्शन आयी है उसकी वजह से ये स्टॉक बहुत ही अच्छे भाव पर मौजूद है, हमें इनपर ही दाव लगाना चाहिए क्युकी इन स्टॉक को वही खरीद सकते है जिसमे बहुत बड़ी हिम्मत हो और मार्किट हमेसा हिम्मत वालो को पैसा देती है और डरपोक को बाहर करती है।  अर्थात हमें इस वक्त इन्ही स्ट्रेटेजी पर काम करने चाहिए और मै इस स्ट्रेटेजी को ''महंगा खरीदो महंगा बेचो" बोलता हूँ।  अब सवाल ये आता है की इसमें हम काम कैसे करे? तो इस स्ट्रैटेगी में हमे...

दोस्तों किसी भी देश के डिफेन्स के तीन स्तम्भ होते है थल, जल और वायु और हर देश अपने देश की सुरक्षा को बेहतर बनाना चाहते है जिसके लिए वो डिफेन्स पर बहुत ही ज्यादा खर्च करते है।  भारत भी अपने डिफेन्स को मजबूत करने पर कार्य कर रहे पर इसमें सबसे बड़ी समस्या थी की हम ज्यादातर डिफेन्स की सामान दूसरे देश से आयात करते थे जिसमे हमारी जीडीपी का बड़ा पैसा दूसरे देशो को चले जाता था; पर हमारी जो वर्तमान सरकार है उसने स्वदेशी चीजों को बनाने में बहुत ही जोर दिए है। हम अब ज्यादातर सामान खुद ही बनाते है। हमें अब दूसरे देशो से ज्यादा आयात नहीं करना पड़ता है। जिसकी वजह से यहाँ के कंपनियों को फायदा होता है और लोगो को रोजगार भी मिलता है।  जैसा की हमने पिछले कुछ महीनो में देख भी लिया की किस तरह हमारी सरकार ने लड़ाकू विमान, राडार जैसे चीजे को अपने ही देश में बनाये है जिससे की यहाँ की कंपनियों को बहुत ही फायदा मिला है और इन कंपनियों के स्टॉक ने भी बहुत ही अच्छे रिटर्न्स दिए है। हमारी सरकार ने वायु सेना के क्षेत्र में तो काफी काम किये ही है और आगे भी करेंगे पर हमारे देश में डिफेन्स की जो दूसरी सबसे बड़ी स्त...
